With over 30 year experience, A. Santos is the longest official and licensed estate agent in the bustling picturesque fishing village and tourist centre of Carvoeiro.

Our area stretches from Portimão in the west, Silves in the north and Guia in the east, including such historical places like Ferragudo, Porches, Silves and Alcantarilha. This 30 km stretch of coastline offers some of the most attractive scenery in the Algarve.

Most of the area comes under the jurisdiction of the Lagoa town hall and under their strict policy of no high rise buildings and concern to conserve the beauty of the area, allows a beautiful mix of the old Portuguese villages and new urban areas.
